Filet Mignon steaks are one of the most tender cuts as they come from the tenderloin section of the cow. They provide a rich, buttery flavor and texture.

How To Prepare

When your order arrives on your doorstep, the King Crab and steak will both be frozen. Before cooking, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours).

Since our king crab comes pre-cooked, it is as simple as thaw, heat, and eat. Once thawed, you can steam, grill, bake, or boil your king crab legs.

Filet Mignons can be grilled, pan-seared, or broiled to perfection. Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare – more or less depending on your desired doneness.

Our Classic Wagyu Filet Mignon’s will not come pre-cooked. Rather, they will arrive raw and frozen and should be thawed in the refrigerator before hitting the heat.
