Shipping policy
We only ship our products Monday through Thursday, and all orders ship via UPS Overnight Delivery. So if you are planning to host an event over the weekend, it is important that you plan accordingly. Please note that the cut-off for next-day delivery is 3 p.m. ET. We ship to the address exactly as provided and confirmed at checkout, and are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or address changes requested after shipment.
Due to distance, orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will have longer ship times and will incur an additional shipping fee. We recommend ordering before Wednesday if the product is needed for the weekend. In some cases, packages will be held until Monday to avoid extended transit times over the weekend.
We cannot ship to PO boxes. Delivery to businesses, apartments, or gated communities is at the customer’s own risk, as UPS does not provide a guaranteed delivery time. Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to UPS, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, packages marked as delivered, or delivery errors. When selecting your delivery date, please plan accordingly. We strongly recommend choosing an earlier date than your event, as it is always better to receive your order early rather than risk a late arrival due to carrier delays. Furthermore, your products will arrive frozen so please account for thawing time. If you experience an issue related to shipping or delivery, you must initiate a claim directly with UPS. We are happy to provide supporting documentation upon request; however, we do not issue refunds due to UPS errors or delivery issues.
Due to the perishable nature of the products we offer, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds.
That said, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 7 days from when you receive your order to notify us of the issue you experienced with your order. We are happy to work with you in resolving any issues with your order that you may experience. We handle all inquiries regarding damaged products on a case-by-case basis.
