How To Prepare

Thaw your bacon in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the vacuum-sealed bacon in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

Cook your bacon on the stovetop, in the oven, or wrap a piece around your Filet Mignon to take dinner up a notch.

Cook to an internal temperature of 145° F for safe consumption.
