  • Treat yourself to the ultimate dining experience with our 36-40oz USDA Choice Upper 2/3 Tomahawk Ribeye. This cut provides unmatched flavor, juiciness, and tenderness, and is so big, you may just need two plates.

  • Each USDA Choice Tomahawk Ribeye is wet-aged for 21 days on average before being trimmed and individually vacuum sealed, resulting in an extremely tender and flavorful cut.

  • All aging, processing, trimming, and weighing take place in the USDA facility of our friends at Market House, located in Northfield, MN.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • Thaw your steak in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the vacuum-sealed steak in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Ribeyes are versatile cuts you can grill, pan-sear, or broil.

  • Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare. More or less, depending on your desired temperature.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked beef may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

A tomahawk is a type of axe or hatchet. When a ribeye is cut from the rib of a cow and has been trimmed to expose the bone, it is considered a tomahawk steak as it resembles the traditional tomahawk axe.

How long can I keep my tomahawk ribeye in the freezer?

All of our products will stay good in the freezer for several months. However, for the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2-3 months.

    I loved this promotion, they did here for the Tomahawks. They were huge and had lots of meat on them. They were thick and juicy when we cooked them on the grill. I hope they do this again in the future (maybe September )

    I have never had a Tomahawk steak before and was excited to try it! The steak is very large and over 2″ thick. We reverse seared it and it turned out great! Very juicy and tasty!!
