There is plenty of the sauce, I just pour it over whole bowl after I assemble everything. It’s easy to follow the thawing directions. I’m so happy that I can make my own Poke Bowls now at home.

Ahi tuna poke kit. Easy prep, just defrost in the refrigerator overnight and it is ready to eat. Each kit provides plenty for two servings. The included shoyu sauce is very tasty. If you wish, you can provide your own cooked rice, sliced scallions, avocado, etc to make a robust poke bowl. Absolutely delicious.
