- Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.
How To Prepare

To thaw, remove the lobster tail from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

To expedite the thawing process, place the lobster tail in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water.) Learn more safe thawing tips here.

Once thawed, cut the top of the lobster shell, stop at the tail’s base, and lift the meat above the shell. Season the meat and cook using your desired method.

Australian Lobster boasts a rich, succulent, buttery flavor with a meaty yet tender texture.
The green shell of Australian Lobsters allows the animal to camouflage themselves when needed in their natural environment.
Taste-wise, you wonāt find much difference between a Maine lobster and an Australian lobster. However, visually, Australian lobsters are much larger than Maine lobsters. A Maine lobster tail weighs 6-7oz on average ā our Australian lobster tails are double that at 12-14 or 14-16oz!
All of our products will stay good in the freezer for several months. However, for the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2-3 months.
